Corporate Update — Name Change In Process
A new name for a new chapter.

As we complete our transition to a pure technology focus, Growth Stalk Holdings Corp is in the process of changing its name to Cyphaira Corp. The ticker (OTC: GSTK), the reporting status, and the operating subsidiary remain the same. The new name reflects what we've become.

The Company

With its first product running.

Cyphaira — the technology platform Growth Stalk Holdings Corp is becoming — designs operator-first software for mission-critical industries. SolvixLMS is our anchor product, currently in alpha at one of the largest solventless extraction facilities in the U.S., and the first proof of the platform thesis. Additional verticals are in active development.

Why Now

Why now. A regulatory window with operator demand.

In April 2026, the DEA rescheduled state-licensed medical cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III. Federal recordkeeping under Schedule III requires batch-level production data that legacy inventory trackers were never built to capture. SolvixLMS, the anchor operating subsidiary of Cyphaira Corp., was built to capture exactly that data and is currently in alpha at one of the largest solventless facilities in the U.S., which has processed 50,000+ lbs of biomass.

// The Thesis

Operator-first software for industries running on spreadsheets. Schedule III creates the immediate cannabis-side demand; the long-term thesis is expansion into adjacent mission-critical software. The Company is pre-revenue and any investment carries substantial risk. SolvixLMS is expected to begin onboarding paying customers on or about June 15, 2026.

The Cyphaira Vision

AI-native vertical software for the industries running on spreadsheets.

Cyphaira (from cypher: a method of decoding to reveal hidden meaning) builds operator-first software with machine learning at the core. Our thesis is simple: the largest industries in the regulated economy still run their day-to-day operations on disconnected tools — spreadsheets, paper logs, point solutions that don't talk to each other. The operators inside those industries know exactly what's broken. Cyphaira's job is to build the software those operators would build for themselves, with the data layer designed from day one to power the decision intelligence that comes next.

Operator-First

Software designed by the people who will actually use it. SolvixLMS exists because solventless extraction operators were tired of the "Frankenstack" of disconnected tools — so they built the platform they needed. Every Cyphaira product starts there.

One Data Model

Production, compliance, ERP, client portal, analytics, workflow, command center — unified under a single data model. That unification isn't just a UX win; it's the foundation that makes AI-native decision intelligence possible later.

Anchor & Expand

SolvixLMS is the anchor — proving the platform thesis in cannabis solventless extraction first. The same architecture, the same intelligence layer, expands into adjacent extraction methods and beyond, into other regulated verticals where operators still run on spreadsheets.

"Operator-first software for industries running on spreadsheets."

Leadership

Built by operators, for operators.

Cyphaira's leadership is founder-led and operator-grounded. SolvixLMS exists because the people building it lived the problem first.
